How do you create a custom online booking?The first action a customer should take before creating a custom online booking is following a simple four-step process: Step 1 = Request a free quote Step 2 = Send pictures of the preferred space to be serviced Step 3 = Accept invoice Step 4 = Kick your feet up and relax we got you covered from here! *We understand your time is valued our custom booking system is very quick and simple*

Does Upkeep offer custom packages?Yes, Upkeep offers multiple cleaning packages and discounted offers for new customers and recurring customers. Inquire about our packages today!

Will I be charged more than once after a completed cleaning?The customer will only be charged once after the cleaning session has been conducted unless the customer has accumulated an additional fee prior to booking. *This does not apply to customers who are on our cleaning plans & packages.*

How soon am I required to send payment?A security deposit of $45 is required which will be charged during the checkout process before any service can be conducted. The remaining balance will be due when the session has ended. Note: Once the customer has accepted the deposit and payment has been received we can proceed with servicing your space. Thank you!

How soon must I cancel my appointment?Customer must cancel/reschedule their appointment within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment date and time. Failure to cancel within the allowed time frame may accumulate a late fee charge.

Do you need to be on scene while a cleaning is being conducted?Not Required! You can count on us that you are in good hands and we will get the job done! We take our customer's safety very seriously. We are trained to lock doors in an instant, and all of our cleaners go through a thorough hiring process including background checks and previous employment verification. You can rest assured you're in great hands.

Can I book a cleaner same day?Yes, you can book a cleaner on the same day. There would be an additional $50 charge. Steps to getting a Same Day Cleaning: Step 1: Request a free quote, add "SAME DAY " in the comments section of the quote form to let the worker know immediately what sort of cleaning will need to take place. Step 2: Click on the services tab at the top of the page, and select "AIRBNB or VACATION RENTAL CLEANING" Choose the the option "book now" and select your preferred date and the size of your space. Step 3: Pay Effortlessly Online Step 4: Sit back and get peace of mind while we handle your worries! *This option is only for our Airbnb and Short-term rental Customers*

What hours does Upkeep Property Management Services operate?Our business hours are: Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 5:30 pm Sat-Sun 9:00 am - 5:30 pm *Closed on Major Holidays*

Do our cleaners wear facemasks and gloves during a cleaning?You can count on us taking the best procedures during these times, we disinfect all equipment before entering your home or workspace. And yes! all of our cleaners are aware of wearing face mask, gloves and all the necessary for their protection and yours.

Does Upkeep disinfect your entire home?We are taking the necessary precautions for maintaining your space free as possible from germs. We will clean any areas with an EPA disinfectant approval for use against Covid-19. For your peace of mind, we are wearing and using the following: face masks, disposables gloves and shoe covers ( face shield upon request ) We are sanitizing our caddies with a hospital grade disinfectant before and after every cleaning. With that said, we feel very confident to serve you. We want to say we're here for you and if you need any help please do not hesitate to reach out.

If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?Yes, the customer(s) will be charged a No-Show fee of $ 50 for the service(s) scheduled.

Upkeep accepts all major credit, and debit cards. We are currently accepting other payment methods such as Apple Pay, and Cash App.
Cancellation Policy
Customer(s) must cancel/reschedule booking within 24 hours of service to avoid customer no show fee. Customers are not allowed to reschedule to cancel a previous cleaning by any means this will result in the full total becoming due, customer dropped as client, and additional fee may be applied. By booking any services with us you agree to our company terms and conditions.
